CTMS module launch

The clinical trial management module launched publicly at the Clinical Trials Summit of Pakistan, held on 3 and 4 August 2026.

Product context

CTMS is one of five clinical software products in my work, alongside EDC, IWRS, eTMF and a complete CTU management system.

The product problem

Clinical trial management sits around the study data: teams need a shared view of trial operations as work moves across sites. CTMS extends the platform beyond electronic data capture into trial management.

Delivery sequence

EDC came first to support a complete data capture workflow. CTMS followed to support trial management. This sequence kept the initial release focused while providing a path towards wider study operations.

The public launch

The module was demonstrated live at CTSP 2026, bringing the trial management workflow into a public industry setting.

Product ownership

The delivery approach combined written requirements, testable acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, sprint planning and user acceptance testing with a distributed development team.

Evidence and next questions

The supported outcome is the shipped module and its public demonstration. Adoption, changes in operational efficiency and launch audience size require separate evidence before they can be reported as results.
